How we handle personal data when you visit paer.dk, join the waitlist or contact us.

When you visit the site
The site uses no marketing or statistics cookies and no analytics tools. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads. If you enter a preview code, a technical cookie is kept for 30 days so you do not have to enter it again.
The waitlist
If you sign up, we process your email address, the page you signed up from, your IP address and your browser’s user agent. We use them to send a confirmation, to contact you about Paer, and to protect the form against abuse. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in protecting the form (art. 6(1)(f)). We keep the data until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need to contact you about launch. Reply to any of our emails or write to hello@paer.dk and we will remove you.
When you contact us or book a call
If you write to us or book a call, we process what you choose to give us: usually your name, company, email address and message. We use it to answer you and keep the conversation going (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep correspondence while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period after.
Who processes the data for us
We do not sell personal data. We use processors to run the site and our communication: Amazon Web Services (hosting, forms and email, in the EU), Google (email, video meetings and fonts) and Cal.com (call booking). Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, it is on a transfer basis the GDPR recognises.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@paer.dk. You can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency, www.datatilsynet.dk.
